Service Description

10am - 12 - Just £15 if booked by 11:59pm easter Monday (usually £25) Absolute Beginners Pilates Workshop I have condensed the tried and tested 6 week Absolute Beginners Pilates course in to a 2-hour workshop. We will be going right back to basics, learning the importance of breathing through the moves. Focusing on technique while working on your flexibility, mobility, stability and core strength along with the 6 key principles of Pilates. It's fundamental to get the basics right to gain the most from this fantastic holistic approach to exercise. By the end of the workshop, you will have learnt how to make Pilates work for you so you can feel confident moving in to any other Pilates class we offer at Fresh Fitness. Spaces are limited, so I can work with you all individually and correct & teach based on what I'm seeing. Pilates is more important than ever at the moment as lots of us are quite sedentary and/or hunched over a table working from home, not in quite the right position. You don't need any special equipment for this workshop, I will provide everything, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you wish. Cancellation Policy

Regular Studio Classes: Studio classes can be booked up to 10 mins before a class starts and can be changed to another date up to 24hrs before the class start time. If you purchase a 6 class pass please book in to the sessions you want to attend ASAP as class sizes are limited. IMPORTANT: You now need to book the remaining 5 classes yourself, If you are not booked on, and you turn up, and we are full I will have to turn you away, sorry. You can see what you are booked on to, how many sessions you have left, cancel sessions and see the expiry date in the 'my bookings' section of the website or app. Workshops: Non-refundable and non-transferable. Online Session: *Online single class bookings that are paid individually are non-refundable, but are transferable before 24 hours of the class start time to another session within a week of the class taking place. *If you have purchased an unlimited class pass you are welcome to book any classes up to 10 mins before the class start time, If you book within 10 mins you won't be sent the meeting log ins to join us on ZOOM.
