Body Conditioning class! Using bodyweight and light weights if you wish! High repetition, low/no weights is the best combination to shape, tone and strengthen you without bulking! The session is suitable for everyone at any fitness level as I will give different options throughout! Mondays @ 8:30am Thursdays @ 8:30am T&C's: The session will take place via www.zoom.us. Please make sure you have set up an account and used the same email as you have used to book your session on here all within plenty of time for the class to start - details on how to do this are in the email you will receive once booked on (check your junk if it's not in your inbox). Unfortunately there will be no refunds if this is not done on time. I will email you with the link to join the session and a meeting ID 10 mins before the class starts, you can then click through when you are ready to join. By booking on to this class you agree to all the T&C's and know that online sessions are different to 'in person sessions' and it is entirely your responsibility to look after yourself and any others that may be joining you during this session.
