Service Description

This session is now full, I have put another on at 7pm 18/9/24 At the risk of sounding stereotypical... Men often suffer with the same issues during Pilates classes and they are often different to women. Over the last 8 years and about 6000 Pilates classes I've taught I have noticed a few things..... 1) Men often don't want to go to a class that they think will be full of women. 2) When they do come they MASSIVELY see the benefits even after 1 class. 3) A lot of men don't stretch after a workout or a sport ( I know a lot of women don't either :) but it's more common for guys not to) 4) I've noticed there is a common theme... lack of flexibility, particularly hips and hamstrings! So I thought I would do a workshop just for you, guys! It doesn't matter if you have never done Pilates before or have done a bit or a lot this workshop will benefit you. I will go through all the basics of Pilates, this is REALLY important to get the most from this wonderful form of exercise. We will then do some specific exercises that target the areas that I believe men will benefit from the most this will include hips and hamstrings but also general flexibility. This is a workshop designed to give you the tools you need to help you become more flexible, more mobile and more confident doing Pilates. If you make it a habit in life, even just 30 mins a week, you will also see an improvement in other sports and performance in the gym too! Fact! You can use it as an intro to a class or you can take away the bits you've learnt to integrate it into your everyday life or you can carry on doing classes at home from my On Demand subscription. Whatever suits you best! There's no commitment, just come and give it a try. Saturday 7th September 10:45am - 12:15pm in a lovely private studio behind the Suffolk Food Hall in Ipswich. £25 for the workshop. Very limited spaces so I can work with you individually. Cancellation Policy

Regular Studio Classes: Studio classes can be booked up to 10 mins before a class starts and can be changed to another date up to 24hrs before the class start time. If you purchase a 6 class pass please book in to the sessions you want to attend ASAP as class sizes are limited. IMPORTANT: You now need to book the remaining 5 classes yourself, If you are not booked on, and you turn up, and we are full I will have to turn you away, sorry. You can see what you are booked on to, how many sessions you have left, cancel sessions and see the expiry date in the 'my bookings' section of the website or app. Workshops: Non-refundable and non-transferable. Online Session: *Online single class bookings that are paid individually are non-refundable, but are transferable before 24 hours of the class start time to another session within a week of the class taking place. *If you have purchased an unlimited class pass you are welcome to book any classes up to 10 mins before the class start time, If you book within 10 mins you won't be sent the meeting log ins to join us on ZOOM.
