Live Pilates in the studio!! Monday 9:15am - Intermediate Tuesday 6pm - Intermediate If you are new to Pilates, I would recommend doing a Beginners Workshop with me first, please get in touch for details. I will give options throughout so you can make the class work for you. Working on building strength, flexibility and balance, this class flows through exercises to keep the body moving and the mind focused. Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements, it emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. All of my Pilates routines include exercises that promote core strength and stability, muscle control, and endurance, including exercises that stress proper posture and movement patterns and balanced flexibility and strength. It can also be helpful in training for sports or in physical rehabilitation. Cancellation Policy

Regular Studio Classes: Studio classes can be booked up to 10 mins before a class starts and can be changed to another date up to 24hrs before the class start time. If you purchase a 6 class pass please book in to the sessions you want to attend ASAP as class sizes are limited. IMPORTANT: You now need to book the remaining 5 classes yourself, If you are not booked on, and you turn up, and we are full I will have to turn you away, sorry. You can see what you are booked on to, how many sessions you have left, cancel sessions and see the expiry date in the 'my bookings' section of the website or app. Workshops: Non-refundable and non-transferable. Online Session: *Online single class bookings that are paid individually are non-refundable, but are transferable before 24 hours of the class start time to another session within a week of the class taking place. *If you have purchased an unlimited class pass you are welcome to book any classes up to 10 mins before the class start time, If you book within 10 mins you won't be sent the meeting log ins to join us on ZOOM.
