Service Description

Live Pilates Online - from the comfort of your own home! Monday 9:15am - Intermediate Pilates Tuesday 6pm - Intermediate Pilates Thursday 9:00am - Intermediate Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements, it emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. All of my Pilates routines include exercises that promote core strength and stability, muscle control, and endurance, including exercises that stress proper posture and movement patterns and balanced flexibility and strength. It can also be helpful in training for sports or in physical rehabilitation. Join us to get bendy again! :) Please note that the Wednesday morning session will be pre-recorded. If you are going to do more than one session a week it is worth signing up to the monthly subscription package in the paid plans tab as you will have unlimited access to everything!! If you are doing one off sessions, please book in plenty of time (preferably 1hr + before the class is due to start) for me to email you your session log in. T&C's: The session will take place via www.zoom.us. Please make sure you have set up an account and used the same email as you have used to book your session on here, all within plenty of time for the class to start - details on how to do this are in the email you will receive once booked on (check your junk if it's not in your inbox). Unfortunately, there will be no refunds if this is not done on time. I will email you with the link to join the session and a meeting ID 10 mins before the class starts. Any questions, please send me an email or contact me through the website and I will get back to you as soon as I can! By booking on to this class you agree to all the T&C's and know that online sessions are different to 'in person sessions' and it is entirely your responsibility to look after yourself and any others that may be joining you during this session.

Cancellation Policy

Regular Studio Classes: Studio classes can be booked up to 10 mins before a class starts and can be changed to another date up to 24hrs before the class start time. If you purchase a 6 class pass please book in to the sessions you want to attend ASAP as class sizes are limited. IMPORTANT: You now need to book the remaining 5 classes yourself, If you are not booked on, and you turn up, and we are full I will have to turn you away, sorry. You can see what you are booked on to, how many sessions you have left, cancel sessions and see the expiry date in the 'my bookings' section of the website or app. Workshops: Non-refundable and non-transferable. Online Session: *Online single class bookings that are paid individually are non-refundable, but are transferable before 24 hours of the class start time to another session within a week of the class taking place. *If you have purchased an unlimited class pass you are welcome to book any classes up to 10 mins before the class start time, If you book within 10 mins you won't be sent the meeting log ins to join us on ZOOM.
