Service Description

9:15 am Mondays - Brightlingsea Community Centre Pilates to lengthen, strengthen & mobilise! Suitable for pretty much everyBODY! I will give options throughout so you can make the class work for you as an individual. Working on building strength, flexibility and balance, this class flows through exercises to keep the body moving and the mind focused. Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements, it emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. All of my Pilates routines include exercises that promote core strength and stability, muscle control, and endurance, including exercises that stress proper posture and movement patterns and balanced flexibility and strength. It can also be helpful in training for sports or in physical rehabilitation. Join us to get bendy again! :) I also run a Slow Flow Pilates class at 10:15am which might work better for you if you live in a body that sometimes needs things a little slower. Please contact me if you're not sure which class would work best for you. I will also be running some beginners workshops if you need a reminder of how Pilates works or you are completely new to it this will give you the confidence to join any of my classes. (not necessarily needed but there if you want it :) Can't wait to see you soon! Lucy :) Please note: When booking please click the date you wish to book on to followed by the time that you wish to attend, if you don't click the time it won't allow you to click NEXT. Lots of people like to buy the 6 class pass as it is a commitment meaning you are much more likely to stick to your plan. If you are purchasing a 6 class pass you will need to book yourself in to the other classes you'd like to attend. Please remember that you need to use your 6 classes over a 7 week period from the first class you purchase the pass on and if you need to cancel and move a class you need to do this with more than 24hrs notice.

Cancellation Policy

Regular Studio Classes: Studio classes can be booked up to 10 mins before a class starts and can be changed to another date up to 24hrs before the class start time. If you purchase a 6 class pass please book in to the sessions you want to attend ASAP as class sizes are limited. IMPORTANT: You need to book the remaining 5 classes yourself, If you are not booked on, and you turn up, and we are full I will have to turn you away, sorry. You can see what you are booked on to, how many sessions you have left, cancel sessions and see the expiry date in the 'my bookings' section of the website or app. Workshops: Non-refundable and non-transferable. By booking with Fresh Fitness, you are agreeing to the terms of use. With this in mind please take care when booking :)
