Pilates for Men Workshop At the risk of sounding stereotypical… men often face the same challenges in Pilates — and they’re usually quite different to women’s! After teaching around 6,000 classes over the last 8 years, I’ve noticed a few things: Many men avoid classes, assuming they’ll be full of women. When they do try it, they feel the benefits straight away — sometimes after just one class. Stretching after sport or a workout isn’t always a priority (sound familiar?). Tight hips and hamstrings are the most common theme I see. That’s why I’ve designed this Pilates for Men workshop — a session focused entirely on what you need. ✅ No experience necessary — whether it’s your first time or you’ve dabbled before. ✅ We’ll cover the foundations of Pilates, so you get the most from the practice. ✅ You’ll learn how to make any Pilates class work for you — no matter who’s teaching or who else is in the room. ✅ We’ll focus on flexibility, mobility, hips, hamstrings and overall body confidence. ✅ You’ll leave with practical tools you can use at home, in the gym, or to boost performance in other sports. Even just 30 minutes a week can make a big difference. Cancellation Policy
Regular Studio Classes: Studio classes can be booked up to 10 mins before a class starts and can be changed to another date up to 24hrs before the class start time. If you purchase a 6 class pass please book in to the sessions you want to attend ASAP as class sizes are limited. IMPORTANT: You now need to book the remaining 5 classes yourself, If you are not booked on, and you turn up, and we are full I will have to turn you away, sorry. You can see what you are booked on to, how many sessions you have left, cancel sessions and see the expiry date in the 'my bookings' section of the website or app. Workshops: Non-refundable and non-transferable. Online Session: *Online single class bookings that are paid individually are non-refundable, but are transferable before 24 hours of the class start time to another session within a week of the class taking place. *If you have purchased an unlimited class pass you are welcome to book any classes up to 10 mins before the class start time, If you book within 10 mins you won't be sent the meeting log ins to join us on ZOOM.
