Service Description
The Yoga Taster is a 90-minute workshop designed to give you a feel for a variety of styles in one uplifting session. Expect a beautiful blend of stretching and strengthening, calming breathwork, and flowing movement — all designed to help you feel more connected in body and mind. You’ll explore asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork), and Vinyasa (flow), giving you a taste of yoga’s many benefits. Open to all levels, but you’ll need to be confident getting up and down from the floor a few times. Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, centred, and inspired.

Cancellation Policy
Workshops & Courses: Non-refundable and non-transferable. Regular Studio Classes: Studio classes can be booked up to 10 mins before a class starts and can be changed to another date up to 24hrs before the class start time. If you purchase a 6 class pass book in to the sessions you want to attend ASAP as class sizes are limited. IMPORTANT: The 6 classes need to be used over a 7 week period. You now need to book the remaining 5 classes yourself, If you are not booked on, and you turn up, and we are full I will have to turn you away, sorry. You can see what you are booked on to, how many sessions you have left, cancel sessions and see the expiry date in the 'my bookings' section of the website or app. Please read the 'Privacy Policy wording'.
