Our Wellness & Wine Day at Fields Farm is a wonderful experience combining movement, nourishment, deep relaxation, and indulgence — all set within the peaceful surroundings of this lovely working farm.
Your day will begin with a revitalising Pilates session, designed to gently energise the body, build strength, and improve posture. Then, you’ll be guided through a calming Yoga session, offering space to stretch, soften, and fully unwind. Together, these two separate movement practices create a beautifully balanced experience for both body and mind.
Next up you’ll enjoy a generous grazing-board style lunch, created to be shared, savoured, and enjoyed in good company.
