Service Description
Pilates to Lengthen, Strengthen & Mobilise! A class that’s truly suitable for everyBODY! I’ll offer different options throughout, so you can tailor the class to what feels right for you. We’ll be focusing on building strength, flexibility and balance as we flow through exercises that keep the body moving and the mind centred. Pilates is all about low-impact movement that improves flexibility, muscular strength, endurance, and posture. Every routine I teach emphasises core strength, stability, and muscle balance—helping you move better, feel stronger, and stand taller. Whether you’re training for a sport, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to move with more ease, Pilates has something for you. Classes are kept small, with a maximum of 12 people, so I can give you the attention and support you need throughout. Join us to get bendy, strong, and energised again! If you sometimes prefer a gentler pace, my Slow Flow Pilates class at 10:15am might be the perfect fit. Not sure which class is best for you? Just get in touch and I’ll help you find the right one. I’ll also be running Beginners Workshops—a great way to refresh the basics or build confidence if you’re brand new. (Completely optional, but super helpful if you’d like a little extra support!) Lucy :) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Booking Notes When booking, be sure to select the date AND time you’d like to attend (it won’t let you click NEXT otherwise). Many people love the 6-class pass—it keeps you committed and makes it much easier to stick with your routine. If you choose the pass, remember to book yourself into each class you’d like to attend. Your pass is valid for 7 weeks from your first class. Need to cancel or move a class? No problem, just do it with more than 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellation Policy
Regular Studio Classes: Studio classes can be booked up to 10 mins before a class starts and can be changed to another date up to 24hrs before the class start time. If you purchase a 6 class pass please book in to the sessions you want to attend ASAP as class sizes are limited. IMPORTANT: You need to book the remaining 5 classes yourself, If you are not booked on, and you turn up, and we are full I will have to turn you away, sorry. You can see what you are booked on to, how many sessions you have left, cancel sessions and see the expiry date in the 'my bookings' section of the website or app. Workshops: Non-refundable and non-transferable. By booking with Fresh Fitness, you are agreeing to the terms of use. With this in mind please take care when booking :)
