I’ll offer plenty of options along the way, so you can make the class work for your body and how you’re feeling that day. We’ll build strength, flexibility, and balance as we flow through feel-good movements that keep the body moving and the mind relaxed and focused. Pilates is a low-impact but powerful way to move, helping to improve flexibility, strength, endurance, and posture. Every class focuses on core strength, stability, and balanced muscle work—so you’ll feel stronger, more supported, and more connected to your body. Whether you’re here to support your sport, recover from injury, or simply enjoy moving and feeling good, Pilates has you covered. Come and join us in this gorgeous studio at Lexden Wood Golf Club. Cancellation Policy

Workshops & Courses: Non-refundable and non-transferable. Regular Studio Classes: Studio classes can be booked up to 10 mins before a class starts and can be changed to another date up to 24hrs before the class start time. If you purchase a 6 class pass book in to the sessions you want to attend ASAP as class sizes are limited. IMPORTANT: The 6 classes need to be used over a 7 week period. You now need to book the remaining 5 classes yourself, If you are not booked on, and you turn up, and we are full I will have to turn you away, sorry. You can see what you are booked on to, how many sessions you have left, cancel sessions and see the expiry date in the 'my bookings' section of the website or app. Please read the 'Privacy Policy wording'.
