Service Description

Slow Flow Pilates - 10:30am - Brightlingsea Strengthen, Lengthen, Tone & Breathe This class is perfect if you’d like to focus on mobility, flexibility, and posture—or if you simply want to move a little more gently and mindfully. The exercises are tailored to support balance and flexibility, helping to keep you supple and moving with ease for longer. Pilates is a structured, balanced approach to exercise, giving equal attention to bones, joints and muscles. It’s a fantastic way to build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence. This class is especially suitable for bodies that sometimes need things a little slower. There’s no heavy cardio, no pressure, and very little sweating (mostly!). Pilates = Improved Flexibility + Core Strength = Better Posture, Balance & Stability = Less Risk of Injury Classes are kept small, with a maximum of 12 people, so I can give everyone the attention they need. Many people choose the 6-class pass—it helps with commitment and makes it easier to stay consistent. If you purchase a pass, you’ll need to book yourself into the other classes you’d like to attend. Your pass is valid for 7 weeks from your first class. Need to cancel or reschedule? No problem—just do so with more than 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellation Policy

Regular Studio Classes: Studio classes can be booked up to 10 mins before a class starts and can be changed to another date up to 24hrs before the class start time. If you purchase a 6 class pass please book in to the sessions you want to attend ASAP as class sizes are limited. IMPORTANT: You need to book the remaining 5 classes yourself, If you are not booked on, and you turn up, and we are full I will have to turn you away, sorry. You can see what you are booked on to, how many sessions you have left, cancel sessions and see the expiry date in the 'my bookings' section of the website or app. Workshops: Non-refundable and non-transferable.
